Introduction

The Business Profile allows businesses to notify students and young people about work experience and job opportunities.

The types of opportunities that you can offer are:

No-one in your business can add an opportunity unless they are given the role of "Opportunity Manager".

Note: Only someone with Administrator access to the MyMahi Business Dashboard can assign roles.

Offering work experience, casual or holiday work can help you discover good longer-term employees.
Another way to attract good full-time employees is to employ good part-time employees. We have seen first hand that if young people enjoy a part-time job, they are likely to want to stay on as a long term employee.
Keep job descriptions short, to the point and wherever possible, avoid jargon.
